Use this form to request a reservation of the Zane Township Community Building.

• Fee: $100, payable by check (or money order) to “Zane Township” with the phrase “Community Building Rental” in the memo line. Once your date request is approved, the rental fee is payable in advance of your event. Make payment at the Middleburg Grab ‘n Go.
• Rental Time Period: Building rental is for a 24 hour period.
• Key Pickup: The day before your event, stop by the Middleburg Grab ‘n Go and request the key.
• Cleanup: At the close of your event, leave the building in the same or better condition as you found it. Turn off the lights, heat, etc., address the trash as indicated, and lock the door on your way out.
• Key Return: Immediately following your event, return the key to the Middleburg Grab ‘n Go.
• Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, your full reservation fee may be returned. Contact township trustee Janel Spain ASAP should you need to cancel.
